Cancellation of courses by BM TRADA and changes to course content*
BM TRADA's training courses are constantly updated and improved and BM TRADA reserves the right to alter any of the course content without prior notice. BM TRADA training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date, credit note or full refund.
*Cancellations cannot be accepted within 14 days of the course start date. Cancellations prior to this will incur a 10% administration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time. Certificates only issued on full payment of course fees.
