Jay is a business development manager within BM TRADA’s Management Systems team. He is a qualified ISO 9001 and 14001 lead auditor, and FSC auditor qualified.
Jay began his career with BM TRADA in 2019. His current role involves supporting new and existing clients, working very closely with technical and operational colleagues. He develops proposals for clients to enable them to bring together new certification schemes.
Jay has always been fascinated by the management systems industry, which lead him to joining BM TRADA. He enjoys working with new clients, learning about their business and plans, and understanding how management systems can support this. These systems in turn help keep businesses and people safe through effective and environmentally efficient processes.
Working closely with his wider technical and operational colleagues helps Jay to draw on the best experience and knowledge to support clients.
His future ambitions are for BM TRADA management systems to become global leaders in certification.
