London, UK - November 18, 2019 - BM TRADA recently attended the Timber section of UK Construction Week (UKCW) at the NEC in Birmingham.  UKCW is the UK's largest built environment event covering a variety of sectors across design, build and supply.

At this year’s event, the TRADA Timber Focus Theatre featured an array of information and continuing professional development sessions specifically designed for timber professionals.

One of the speakers was industry expert, Dr Hugh Mansfield-Williams, technical manager at BM TRADA. Dr Mansfield-Williams gave several presentations on the proposed UKCA mark, which will be applied in the event that the United Kingdom leaves the European Union as a result of Brexit. The sessions were well-attended throughout the event and served as good networking opportunities for the delegates.

BM TRADA is a leading provider of certification services to the construction industry and our engaged experts at the event were on hand to promote the range of services. These services help organizations demonstrate their business and product credentials and to improve performance and compliance.
