Keeping Customers Updated

From the start of the pandemic we’ve been keeping customers updated about our operational status at each location and the measures we have implemented during the crisis to demonstrate our compliance with both national and local government guidelines.
 
This has included the operational status of each of our locations on our websites and the creation of COVID-19 bespoke web pages. Additionally, we have sent regular e-shots to all customers, updating them on the measures we have taken to remain open and able to support them. We also thanked them for placing their trust in us to provide a safe laboratory environment and then finally to notify them that we have the capacity to cope with increased levels of demand which we are seeing as our customers return to work.
