Susan Lett is Element's Occupational Hygiene Manager. Susan is an experienced Occupational Hygienist, for over 18 years, holding the BOHS Certificate of Operational Competence. Susan also sits as a Board Member on the BOHS, the ‘Chartered Society for Worker Health Protection’. She has responsibility for teams undertaking monitoring and assessment projects across a diverse range of industries throughout Europe.

Andy Green is BM TRADA’s UK Certification Business Development Director with over 12 years’ experience in the certification sector. Andy has a lifelong interest in construction, collaboration and sustainability, speaks at industry events and is a current member of the Chartered Institute of Collaborative Working including supporting on the Special Interest Groups.

Divyesh Varia is BM TRADA's Business Development Manager with over 20 years' experience in supporting companies in health and safety, he holds a formal NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification.
