Andy Green MICW is Head of
Sustainable Solutions for Element Energy and Environment Europe  with over 14 years’ experience in the sustainability sector within certification. Andy has a lifelong interest in collaboration and sustainability, speaks at industry events and is a current member of the Institute of Collaborative Working including supporting on Special Interest Groups.

BM TRADA (part of the Element Group) is an Institute of Collaborative Working Validated Certification Body.

David Hawkins is Chief Operating Office at the Institute for Collaborative WorkingHe was involved as a knowledge architect developer of the CRAFT methodology. The Institute is focused on knowledge transfer through a broad range of training and development offerings supported by academic research and a portfolio of thought leadership reports.

David is a visiting lecturer at the University of Warwick Business School, speaks regularly at conferences and has authored several technical publications and books.
