Reelvision gains FSC certification with BM TRADA
Date: 22nd September 2009
Reelvision Print in Haslingden, Lancashire, manufacturers of printed cartons and sleeves for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries, has achieved FSC chain of custody certification with BM TRADA Certification. This young, rapidly developing, company has identified the need to produce smaller batch quantities of printed packaging to ease the ever increasing financial burden of redundant stock. Sales Director Gareth Bakewell said, ‘This costly exposure is driven through continuous regulatory changes, unpredictable forecasts and the need to refresh packaging designs in this niche market, although some of our clients are household names.’ Reelvision decided to target chain of custody certification both as a valuable sales tool and in response to customer demand. Mr Bakewell added, ‘Clients are increasingly asking us to demonstrate that we share their own environmental objectives, so FSC certification is important to them and to us. It may also open up new market opportunities for us.’For further information on:
