Driven by the continued growth of its business, BM TRADA Certification Ltd has expanded its internal sales team with the appointments of Jane Carter and Jack Lambert. They will report to UK Sales & Marketing Manager Jane Owen.
In 2012, BM TRADA has plans to increase its portfolio to include more environmental and food schemes, alongside existing business management schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Among their responsibilities, the new sales executives will respond quickly to enquiries from clients and aim to gain a clear understanding of customers’ needs.
Jane Owen said, ’BM TRADA prides itself on prompt and personal customer service. It is important, therefore, for our sales team to develop an understanding of the nature of a client’s business, to ensure that we provide the correct products and services to meet their needs. And as our business grows, both through existing and new schemes, we must develop our resources to maintain the level of service our clients have come to expect.’
